In 2020, we were commissioned to create an internal management event for 3DEXCITE.
We delivered the educational content along with brand development for the leaders, and delivered personalised toolkits to them prior to the event. The landing page outlined the agenda, platforms they would need to use for the event.

Dassault Systèmes 3DEXCITE brings cutting-edge governance, content and experiences to life. The Commercial Virtual Twin as a Service (CVTaaS) gives clients access to premium 3D data that enhances their brand story and elevates customer engagement.
TinyBox Academy was their trusted partner when they launched their new series live on YouTube. Bringing together experts from industry, education and technology, and asking our Founder, Raj Hayer, to bring her knowledge and expertise to the table as a host.
We prepared the panel, coaching and interviews prior to the event, prepared the format, structure, and topic questions for during the event, leveraging her ability to put them at ease and thereby maximise the output and impact, to inspire all listeners.

When we were commissioned to organise and manage an event for Google Cloud, the concept ideas were easy to come by - or something like this.
The brief stated: We want to connect to relevant retail clients.
We delivered the concept, the speakers, even the gift bags, all to ensure that attendees would remember the event, the learnings and engage with Google Cloud for their needs.
We also develop the landing page to ensure that there is a single resource for the attendees to receive all the information to maximise their experience.
